    Notes:

    1. All precast manholes are designed in accordance to the guidance in BS 8810.
    2. All dimensions are in millimetre (mm) unless stated otherwise.
    3. Main reinforcement is made from high tensile steel bar in accordance to BS 4449 and BS 4461
    4. Able to withstand loading of 22.5 metric tonnes axle load.
    5. Concrete cube strength is 30 MPa.
    6. Duct entry diameter comes in either 100mm or 150mm.
    7. A Product Certificate as proof of authenticity will be issued for all manhole products.
    8. Precast concrete manhole installation and assembly training can be provided upon request.
